Be found. Be trusted. Know exactly what worked.
TetraGenius is a digital marketing agency for growing companies that are losing customers they never knew they had. We handle branding, websites, social, search, reputation and paid advertising as one connected system, and we build the measurement first so you can see what each part is actually contributing. We work with clients across multiple markets and time zones.
Built by engineers and marketers working in the same room, not a marketing team renting software.
Growth rarely fails where people think it does
Most companies we speak to are not short of ideas or effort. They are losing customers at points nobody is watching.
You are spending on marketing and cannot tell what it produces
Platform dashboards report activity. They do not report revenue. When paid media claims credit for customers who were already coming to you, budgets get defended on numbers that were never true in the first place.
Buyers cannot find you, and AI assistants do not mention you
Search is no longer one destination. People ask AI tools for recommendations, read reviews, check social, then search. A brand that appears in only one of those places is invisible in the others.
People do not trust you yet when they arrive
By the time someone reaches your website, they have already formed an impression from reviews, search results and whatever else surfaced with your name. If that impression is thin, the site is fighting uphill before a word is read.
Your marketing is scattered and your team is stretched
Six vendors, four dashboards, no single view. Work gets done. Nothing compounds.
Six digital marketing services, built to work as one
Each service below has a dedicated page with the detail. Here is what each one is for.
Branding
The problem it solves: looking smaller and less established than you are. We work on positioning and identity so the business is understood quickly and remembered accurately.
Branding →Website Development
The problem it solves: a site that does not convert, and that you cannot see inside. We build sites that turn visitors into enquiries, with tracking and analytics built in from the start rather than bolted on later.
Website Development →Social Media Management
The problem it solves: an inconsistent presence with unclear value. We run social as a discovery and trust channel, because it is increasingly where buyers, and AI systems, look for evidence that a company is real and active.
Social Media Management →SEO
The problem it solves: qualified buyers who never find you. We work on organic search and on visibility inside AI answers, and we measure both rather than assuming one follows the other.
SEO →Reputation Management
The problem it solves: prospects who arrive unsure about you. We build review and trust systems that do their work before the first conversation, not after something has gone wrong.
Reputation Management →PPC / Paid Advertising
The problem it solves: spend you cannot justify. We run paid campaigns and test whether they are creating demand or claiming credit for demand you already had.
PPC / Paid Advertising →Do I need all six?
No. Most clients start with one or two. But the six are not six separate purchases, and it helps to see why.
Get found
Visibility now comes from several places at once. Search engines, AI assistants and review platforms all draw on each other. Reviews and third-party mentions influence what AI systems recommend, which means reputation is not separate from search anymore. It is part of it.
Get chosen
Once someone finds you, the decision happens fast. Clear positioning, a credible site and visible proof from other customers determine whether you make the shortlist.
Get measured
None of the above is worth much if you cannot tell what caused what. Tracking lives in the website. Attribution connects it to spend. That is what turns marketing from a cost into a decision you can make confidently.
How we prove the work is working
We would rather show you the method than quote a number you cannot check.
What every client gets
A live dashboard, not a monthly slide deck
A measurement baseline set before work begins, so change is attributable
Reporting in business terms: enquiries, cost per acquisition and revenue influenced
Regular reviews where we tell you what did not work as well as what did
See the real results, not a polished screenshot.
Book a video call and we will walk you through the way TetraGenius measures visibility, performance and attribution using real reporting data.
What is actually different here
Four things, and the evidence for each.
Engineers build the infrastructure, marketers run the strategy
Tracking, attribution and site performance are engineering problems. Most agencies outsource or skip them. Our engineering and development work runs alongside the marketing team rather than being treated as a separate afterthought.
Every claim we make, you can check
We publish our method, our baselines and our timeframes. If we tell you something improved, we will show you what it was before and how we know the change came from us.
We tell you who does the work and where they sit
Named people, named roles, real locations. You will meet the team who will run your account before you sign anything, and they are the same people afterwards.
We measure AI visibility instead of just claiming it
Being recommended by an AI assistant is now part of how customers find companies. We track it as a number, per market, and report it alongside everything else.
What actually happens when you work with us
Diagnose
We look before we recommend. Current visibility, conversion performance, tracking setup, reputation signals. You get a clear picture of where the gaps are, whether or not you go ahead with us.
Instrument
We set up measurement before we spend anything. Baselines, tracking, attribution. This is out of order compared with most agencies, and deliberately so. Without it, nothing that follows can be honestly evaluated.
Fix the foundations
Before adding traffic, we stop the leaks. Site issues, conversion problems, broken listings, missing review systems. Demand you already have is the cheapest demand there is.
Build demand
Now the acquisition work. Search, AI visibility, paid, social, content. Prioritised by what your diagnosis showed, not by a standard package.
Prove and compound
Ongoing measurement, testing and reporting, including tests that hold campaigns back to check whether they are genuinely driving results. What works gets more. What does not gets stopped.
This tends to fit best when…
We are not right for everyone. These are the situations where we do our best work.
Companies with a small marketing team carrying too much
You know what needs doing. There is no capacity to do it. We work as an extension of the team, not a replacement for it.
Businesses operating across multiple locations
Consistency and local visibility across many sites is an operations problem before it is a marketing one. That suits how we are built.
Professional and expert-led firms
Strong reputation offline, thin presence online, growth dependent on referrals. The work here is making the digital presence match the actual standing of the business.
Established B2B and industrial companies
Long-standing relationships, an ageing customer base, competitors with weaker products winning online because they are easier to find.
Frequently asked questions
01 What does a digital marketing agency actually do?
A digital marketing agency plans and runs the work that brings customers to a business online. In our case that covers six areas: branding, website development, social media management, SEO, reputation management and paid advertising. The value is less in any single service than in the strategy connecting them and the measurement showing what each one contributes.
02 How much does it cost to work with you?
The main variables are how many services are running, how many markets you sell into, and how much foundational work is needed first. We will give you a number after the diagnostic, not a package price before it.
03 How long before we see results?
It depends on the channel. Paid advertising can produce measurable change within weeks, because you are buying access to demand that already exists. Organic search, AI visibility, reputation and content usually take three to six months to build momentum, and they compound after that. Anyone promising fast organic results is describing something else.
04 How will we know if it is working?
You will have a live dashboard from the start and a baseline recorded before we begin. We report in business terms: enquiries, cost per acquisition, and revenue influenced where your systems allow us to trace it. For paid campaigns we also run tests that pause spend on a segment to check whether the campaign is creating demand or taking credit for it.
05 Do we have to buy all six services?
No. Most clients start with one or two. The diagnostic will tell you which. Common starting points are the website and tracking, because almost everything else depends on them, or SEO and reputation together, since visibility and trust now feed each other.
06 Will this replace our internal marketing team?
No, and it usually should not. Most of our clients have an internal team that is at capacity rather than short of skill. We take on the execution and specialist work so your team can focus on the things only they can do. Where there is no internal function, we can act as the marketing team, with the same reporting and accountability.
07 Can you work with us if we are in a different country or time zone?
Yes. We keep decisions moving with written updates and shared reporting rather than relying on everyone being available at once. Where a market has different platforms, search behaviour or advertising rules, we research that market rather than transplanting a strategy from elsewhere.
08 How do you handle AI search and AI assistants?
People increasingly ask AI tools for recommendations before they search. We treat that as a measurable channel: we track how often a brand is cited across the major AI assistants for the questions its buyers actually ask, then work on the things that influence it, which are largely content quality, third-party mentions, review signals and technical clarity. It is closer to reputation and PR work than to traditional keyword optimization.
